Tiers depends on pro-rules or not;
>No use of superweapons, except for the Superweapon General who is allowed to build one Particle Beam.
>No Nuke Migs (nuclear missile-carrying aircraft) for China Generals.
>No Demolition Bikes or the Demo Upgrade (which allows regular bikes to self-destruct).
>No Aurora Bombers, including both the standard and Alpha variants.
I kinda feel like its more
S tier: [Factions that have the most answers and fewest counters, easiest to snowball or reward skill the most]
Airforce, stealth, tox
I feel like while Airforce is overtuned and can steamroll mid to lategame with momentum and economy, he's in a vulnerable position earlygame or needs to invest in humvees delaying his more impactful tools. Tox and stealth I think belong in S tier as counters to airforce in addition to having a stronger earlygame presence and rush potential.
A tier: [Factions with a balance of answers and counters that can still snowball or dominate games with advantage]
Laser, Infantry, Nuke, GLA, USA, Super
Infantry gen rush can be devastating if improperly scouted but I think overall he has a lot of counters until Helix come online, Nuke has great passives and early rush potential but struggles without nuclear migs. USA and Super are A or S tier depending on how well opponents can deal with humvee spam and map control. Laser unit/power discounts and tanks give him snowball potential but are also prone to general power wipes or out of position backdooring, he may belong in B tier.
B tier: [Factions with more counters than answers, can struggle to utilise advantage or gain momentum]
Demo, Tank (wildcard)
Demo is pretty flavourless without his main signature abilities but does do a bit of extra damage. Tank is simply outclassed by most factions and variants and struggles with mobility and recovery from setbacks
C tier: [Factions that are heavily outclassed and countered by commonly used factions]
