If you can't do it in your current run there's a big crystal thing in the screen north of firelink that resets you, and you can just blast through it quick as hell
If you haven't done the princess's covenants you may want to try for that too, Snow White has a neat scent if she's the only one left alive and you kill Cinderella then go back to her

On the second-to-last screen of Ending C, if you have Miranda recruited Lindamea will show up and try to fight you. Miranda appears and tells you to keep going forward while she holds him off. You do and the final boss proceeds as normal.
And in BS2 If you met Meryphilia and Hein, when you're about to reach Ending F or G, Jabber and the others will block your path. Meryphilia and Hein will show up, and Meryphilia will again say the "you go ahead while I hold them off" line, except this time you can respond with "No, this time we fight together" and do the triple boss fight together with her and Hein.

You may want to know that time advances based on passing through the white clouds before bosses. If too much time passes before you revive Jeanne d'Arc in the mountains past the infected town, you won't be able to revive her and will lock yourself out of the most talked-about ending.
No matter what you do, you can still get all of the other endings.
Black Souls 2 expects you to use New Game+ to explore the game world, so you can beat it totally blind without putting any endings at risk. If you feel you've exhausted all of your options after a couple of playthroughs, then there isn't any shame in picking up a guide.
