Is it time to go back to the Xbox 360 era and start collecting physical, now that its been jailbroken with an easy softmod with under 1 minute success?

You're not wrong, anon. The new payload injects straight into HV with a high success rate now, especially if you're running the patched Rock Band Blitz demo. It’s still a bit of a dice roll, but I’ve had it trigger within 30 seconds on three different units now. Just make sure you're using a compatible NAND and stick to the timing windows. This shit's getting eerily close to PS3 CFW-tier ease.

Most of the games have found their ways to pc anyway, and most of the rest can be emulated.
It's like saying "it's time to start collecting switch games" when the switch plays a thousand times better on my pc

Pirated digital games are also much more "mine" than physical games, because with digital pirated games i can much more easily back them up, and they will also not have eventual disc rot. Physical is by no means the endgame of perservation and ownership like people claim, digital piracy is

Yes. Your saves can be uploaded to the Cloud, servers still exist because of BC, achievements still work for online, and you can still download all the various games you bought before the marketplace shutdown. The only thing they stopped was actually buying stuff on the marketplace, everything else about online is still present.
