A game in Kalos is already fundamentally shit since mega evolution is a terrible mechanic for braindead nostalgiafags. Can't wait to see which 2-3 mega evos powercreep the rest and centralize the game around a couple viable teams just like in gen 6 and 7

When I found out that ZA was set in the future all my interest in the game vanished and the more they've shown I'm glad I no longer give a single fuck about it.

PLA was good because it was essentially BOTW, but instead of being rewarded with weapons that break in 2 seconds, you just get to catch and explore the world full of Pokefriends

PLA didn't have CHARIZARD in it so the normalfags complained about everything as a consequence, GameFreak took that as "oh we fucked up, better scrap it all!" and that's how we got LZA.

PLZA looks way better than PLA. Adding dodge roll slop and crafting to Pokemon is not the way to fix the series

I've seen the gamescom demo footage for ZA and it's the same modern pokemon slop we've has for the past decade.

The one really good thing about Arceus was the realtime capture system, which is coming back along with the Pokedex research tasks.

The Battle system was not very good, but ZA is a massive improvement. Proper realtime commands and timing of actions. Cooperating with your Pokemon in the field. No more shitty low accuracy moves, FINALLY.

It’s the goddamn starter lineup that kills it for me in Z-A take for instance PLA’s starter lineup that has good regional variety while Z-A has two from fucking Johto. But it doesn’t end there, the fact that the whole game takes place within a city ala FF7 Remake Part 1 really pales in comparison to open freedom in PLA
