One of the promotions years ago when some cans would go on sale for a dollar gave you xbox live days. The thing is at the time there was a little oversight, because you could upgrade your subscription to game pass ultimate and it would translate all of your xbox live time into game pass when you did so. I forgot the exact method but my brother bought a shit load of cans and then upgraded his xbox live time to game pass through one of those free one month for new subscriber promotions, which translated to 3 years worth of game pass ultimate for dirt cheap.

The regular monster flavors are gross; the Rehab ones are good. They're pretty much just iced tea with caffeine and a shitload of B vitamins. Surprisingly very little sugar, I think only 5g per can. The lemonade and pink lemonade flavors are kino.

I'm 32 and tried out Monster for the first time ever about 3 weeks ago. It tastes like those stale fucking sour apple gumballs you'd get at Halloween. Would not recommend to anyone, feel like the people that like them have a sugar/caffeine problem.

I was born in 1999 and lived through the Vault era with insane religious/Kashi/nofap parents, so Monster Energy was completely off the table for me, and I was honestly a little afraid of energy drinks because of the drug/quasi-hard-drink (a la spiked lemonade) factor, but one day, when I was 15, a future military kid I knew offered me a plastic cup full of a little bit of his and I was hooked forever. It was literally the soda I'd been waiting for my whole life. It tastes like liquid candy. A lot of people (probably morons) say it tastes like piss, but I can't even see it slightly aside from the crispy bronze tone of the liquid. It's without a doubt my favorite soft drink. Think the reason Big Red tastes good but flavored like melted Jolly Ranchers instead of cotton candy. The white can is fine, the black-and-blue can is fine, and the coffee-flavored ones are also cool but not quite as good.

Had a regular green-black can in the states 15 years ago
It was so terrible i never bought another can until a few weeks ago, when a few different cans of theirs was on deep discount.
Most were just mediocre, not terrible like the original, but I'd only consider buying the black one that tastes like cherries.
It's really just a forgettable brand that tries to bank on gamer cred crap

i can't tolerate almost anything with sucralose in it but i like the taste of regular monster. anything else with sucralose, even other monster flavors, tastes like piss.
