The posting of these videos exemplifies how smartphones have made the world so unfun today. These people are just enjoying themselves inside their private homes, but someone feels the need to expose their moral failings (having fun in a way not explicitly approved by the current social consensus) for e-penis on social media, from where the video gets reposted everywhere in what basically amounts to a public shaming campaign by people whose only joy in life is taking away the joy of others, subtly discouraging others from having fun in unapproved ways in the private sphere.
Public shaming for acts done publicly has a purpose, homogenizing public social interaction to prevent intentional or unintentional disturbances. But in the age of smartphones and social media this social control extends to the private sphere. You can't do anything, even in your own home, without the constant pressure of conforming to society's standards lest you get shamed for it. Even in your own home, and even among friends, you must always be at your best public behavior.
Let people have their fun. Seriously.
