Basically this. Chris Chan is a retard we laugh at for being gullible and causing pretty much all the problems in his life by being a genuinely unpleasant person to deal with.
Ullillia is a weirdo, but he's very clearly intelligent and the type of person who's well mannered enough and genteel enough that even if you don't really understand him, you can't hold it against him because he's at least making something of his life other than being a living trainwreck in slow motion. Quite the opposite, he's basically the type of person that would've changed the world if he put his skills into something like physics, math or engineering. Sure playing Bubsy isn't quite that deep, but compared to Chris, he's eons ahead of Chris ever was or ever will be just by virtue of having a good upbringing and actually intelligent despite his eccentricities.

Man that sucks. I genuinely feel bad for him. At least he's just at Step 1 instead of rock-bottom and he has a job. That's more than what you could say for a lot of people.
