I would love to see a TES or Fallout game developed by Obsidian, but not the current Obsidian. rather the one that had most of Interplay's Black Isle Studios. The last Obsidian game I played was Pillars of Eternity, which was decent, but I haven't tried Grounded, Pentiment, or Avowed. Oh, I played The Outer Worlds 2 on Xbox One X with GoyPass and it was so bad, I was expecting as New Vegas; they sold it as a spiritual successor, but it was not, I cannot even remember anything about it.

It would be amazing to have a Fallout game made by Brian Fargo's InXile, but something more like Fallout Sonora rather than Fallout 3. Unfortunately, I doubt that will ever happen, but oh well.

If anyone with influence could do something about it, they should push Fargo to work on Fallout again. However, I think Fargo seems more focused on his new IP and Wasteland series these days.

if you want the actual facts- Microsoft plans to merge obsidian with Bethesda, and focus them on making spin offs for their major ips (le skyrim, falllout AND possibly starfield but doubt for that one lol)
So the gap between sequels are filled with obisidan slop mods of base game (similar to what they've done to fnv) and basically dissolve obsidian team as it is now. There is a large pushback from mr. howard but he is going out soon(ish) so he does nto have much influence. I fully expect us to team focusing on a Skyrim spinoff before tes VI and fallout new vegas 2.jpg.
