Why do you think the depression creeps in when you're alone? My father and brother are workaholics, and often feel the same if they have nothing to do. But I never really understood why. Do you feel irrationally "useless" or something? I'm just the total flipside so I'm curious.

I'm far more introverted and have eventually earned some level of contentment being alone, but I struggle desperately around busy places in public. I once went 5 straight days without speaking out loud in my apartment during covid. All the best, I hope you find a goal/purpose to drive you from the depression.

Well anon, here's the kicker
Originally the brown in the flag unironically stood for aids.... you know... cause brown means poo and poo means asshole and asshole means anal sex and anal sex means aids
I might have made the reasoning up but it actually stood for aids at one point

PC hardware doesn't age like a car anon, it doesn't slowly break down and lose performance. With drives (especially SSDs) being something of an exception (for which consoles are not immune either) How do you think it's even possible that people use one card for better parts of decades? Just because they've exchanged hands doesn't magically break them. I have two friends that both still use the 1080Tis I sold them from my old SLI setup to this day with no problems. The only thing I did was clean the dust off and apply new thermal paste.

In my defense, I didn't know these threads were a thing. I just watched it because some weeb I respect said it was in his top 5 of all time and I had to come here and express my disappointment.

so the police and thier bs speed trap to catch a 911 doing 15 over, we're actually creating the conditions for a great catastrophe. If they let the Porsche go have fun everyone would be alive.

he is kinda bland but if you wanna learn how to make basic vidya soundtracks he is definitely a go-to source for high production value.

his best stuff is probably
>Secret of Evermore
>Neverwinter Nights
>KotoR

Mind you, only SoM is really original work. The others are good because they blend well with the environment they were created for.
KotoR is obviously using lots of star wars motifs and NWN is like the stuff that Michael Hoenig did for BG1/2 except more boring.
It's really not that he is bad or anything, but if you go and listen to his Mists of Pandaria tracks, and put them right next to the stuff that Jason Hayes and Glenn Stafford did, the melodies are just too much by the book.

His actual masterstroke, and the thing that probably landed him a real career, is the use of that fuckin horn in the morrowind soundtrack you hear in literally every other one of his soundtracks from then on.
Some of the Guild Wars 2 tracks aren't too bad either.
He also did Dark Alliance 1/2, which are again pretty good DnD soundtracks.

Anyway,
Frank Klepacki and Uematsu clap his ass out of the bathwater

The early especially because of his range
