never actually checked if it was jsut me or if they actually done something, but felt the music was better in the original. Specifically meta knight end time.
Still outside ds akwardness superstar ultra was a masterpiece

I remember playing that game as a kid, and I remember it being super long. Like if it were like ten hours to beat the whole thing. Recently I played the great cave offensive, and it was like 2 hours long at most lmao. Really like it though.

i remember getting stuck in that part a lot haha. Would always float up trying to find where I'm supposed to go, only to realize I can just take the minecart

i found great cave offensive incredibly enchanting. wish there was more exploration-based kirby games. not like sqeak squad though, even as a kid i found that game way too piss-easy.
All the Kirby games before Nightmare in Dream Land had extremely janky movement which made playing them feel like shit. You couldn't even float with A button and jumping carried too little momentum.
This isn't exclusive to Kirby but I've noticed /v/ is full of people who don't actually replay older games they love to glaze. Take Armored Core for example, 1-2-3-LR-4A is basically a straight upgrade in every regard that you notice immediately when playing them in order.
