I'm guessing it's just a string reader and if it detects X, Y or Z it'll output a ban, deletion or a comment.
A brief look online says there's a wiki with examples to copypaste, so you don't even need to know how to script... I don't think the average reddit jannie is capable of scripting, or paying for what appears to just be a free service by reddit.

Warcraft's been limping along ever since they decided story and gameplay should come second to checking diversity boxes. Every expansion feels like they’re designing around Twitter trends instead of what actually made WoW good-tight classes, real faction conflict, and raids that didn’t feel like hallways. Now it’s all sanitized, dracthyr prancing around and lore written like it came from a Tumblr RP blog.
