I mean, you don't buy a Nintendo device to play AAA games on it.
You buy it for the unique experience, the Nintendo games, the joy you can't get anywhere else.

Be honest with yourself. 3rd parties aren't dying to get on to the Switch 2 and initial sales of 3rd party games there aren't making that feeling go away much faster. Everyone, Nintendo included, already knows your buying Nintendo consoles for Nintendo games and you don't buy 3rd party games on them in anywhere close to the amount they do for 1st party. Its been this way for a while anyway. Most people have PlayStation and Xbox consoles for the 3rd party games. Others have PCs or just use their phone.

If anything this really is something of a "Nintendo Seal of Approval" thing, so I don't see the issue one way or the other.
