You have these people who do nothing of value called publishers who pay the devs to make a game, and then these publishers sell the game and take all money from it

In a sense, if a game doesn't sell well, publishers might not pay for those devs to make a game again, but that's it.

Capitalism is kind of fucking retarded in that it works based on "investors" supplying money, but these investors do literally nothing productive, it's basically just a flaw in the system that they exist at all.

And not all deals are like that. Sometimes the devs cofund the project and they share the profits. But if the publisher paid for the development and owns the ip, then it is reasonable they get the all/most of the profits

Also sometimes there are conditional bonuses for devs if the game performs well, so they have an incentive to make a good game

You have to understand that the money didn't come out of thin air, it's value that was generated by Amazon workers and every other WORKER involved in the supply chain, and the value not going to those workers but instead going to shareholders including Jeff Bezos.

Well in the USSR they just stole money/goods from the rich and then ordered everyone else to do things the government wanted to happen. Then they ran out of money/goods and so forced everyone to do things at gunpoint. The system limped along for a few decades and then collapsed less than a hundred years after being implemented.
Capital accumulation is a foundational aspect of economics. Even at the most primitive level of agriculture, you still have to clear fields (capital (land)) before you can put them to productive use.
