You have to understand that the money didn't come out of thin air, it's value that was generated by Amazon workers and every other WORKER involved in the supply chain, and the value not going to those workers but instead going to shareholders including Jeff Bezos.

It's actually stealing money from workers, if the wealth didn't go to shareholders, creditors, rent-seeking property owners, and other unproductive people, that wealth would instead go to the workers who generated that value.

The problem is most people are lumpenproletariat, they don't understand that the money was stolen from workers. When rich people make money without working it means an equal amount of money is taken from the workers who generated that value, it is zero-sum outside of printing new money.

Who do literally NOTHING productive and amass huge amounts of wealth by taking it from workers who do productive things?

Perhaps we should do something about them?
