Being a ghoul is generally not very good but you won't notice because of the power of the blood bond.
Clans that are, on average, relatively good to be the ghoul of
>Ventrue
Ventrue are big on the idea of noblesse oblige, and even if one doesn't, they care enough about appearances to avoid coming off as overtly abusive. A Ventrue's ghoul is a favored servant, an elite bodyguard, or a specialist who isn't leader material but should be kept around. If you know your place, they'll take care of your needs and are the most likely clan to actually pay you.
>Nosferatu
Sounds counterintuitive, but because they genuinely need you to interface with the human world, they'll treat you fine, and give you a good deal of autonomy. There's a reason Knox likes his job, he doesn't suffer most of the downsides. Small chance you'll turn normal ugly if you drink nossie blood for long enough though.
>Followers of Set
Okay hear me out on this one. The Setites are a cult. They're about vice, and sin, so as a ghoul you're basically a sub in an egyptian themed bondage club. If you're into that shit though and don't care about your immortal soul, it's a good deal and you're pretty likely to get embraced later on.
Clans you really don't want to be a ghoul of.
>Lasombra
Despite needing ghouls to groom them due to their clan curse, Lasombra are infamously abusive to their ghouls. "If you brush my hair any more or less than exactly 1000 strokes, I will beat you bloody with the brush" type abusive. No sexy stuff here, just full on violence. Most probably wouldn't even rape you because they're that big into inhumanity.
>Tzimisce
You will be turned into a chair (not in a hot way), a malformed murder beast, or get lobotomized and thrown into a vat with 20 other guys to make an elephant sized monstrosity.
>Toreador
Hear me out. Toreador are famously fickle. You will get pump and dumped, and unlike a normal bad breakup you're addicted to them, but they've already forgotten you.
