Are you sure it activated lordguard? I'll admit I took this as a chance to actually read what the fuck is going on with hong and lordsguard, and I don't remember the rounding rules for if (res/3) will guarantee 1 stack or if you always need minimum 3 res.
Either way, faust should be excluded from lordsguard since she can get assist defense on her own, and if she has more assist defense than whoever does have lordsguard (I don't know if using S3 and counter together give a 2 stack), she'll have priority over the lordsguard unit regardless. Either it's "she had 2 stacks of assist defense", "less than 3 res doesn't give lordsguard", or "both had 1 and she just happened to have priority for whatever reason and it doesn't specify priority rules for ties". Her assist defense does her empowered S3 if she has enough donkey-konga macguffin stacks so that's where that came from

I'm even more convinced than ever now: an ID's skill 1 sin is their outside, skill 2 sin is their inside, and skill 3 sin is what caused them to get to the point where we see them as they are. I'm up for discussing this with whoever cares or is interested in an autistic discussion. I will say that using the base sinners as the baseline is the easiest, whereas the mirror world IDs all vary depending on how well this methodology works with what little we may know or infer of them

In turn they wanted to do 2 intervallos to tell more stories, which would have compounded the scheduling difficulties of getting VA work done.

The unbreakable coins will put status effects on the sinners they hit and many of his skills get boosted depending on how many status effects are on the target.
The prediction is also always less consistent with minus coin attacks because the prediction is just whether you win the first clash not the entire skill.

It was the only fight I struggled with too and had to restart a bunch of times. You basically need to win turn 1 and get your SP up very high very quickly because you usually won't have enough speed to clash every skill (at least I didn't) and Wei targets like a faggot and doesn't always target each sinner.
