3H had the brain to make a save file that allows for NG+, so you carried over outfits, renown, professor level, brigades, etc.

Funny story, that's exactly what I did with Lindon when I used him. I put him on bow knight so he could be my radiant bow meme too, when not fishing for crits. It's never too late for a unit in Engage. Parthia on Roy's map is amazing because of all the wyverns. I managed to feed Lindon over 500 exp on this one map alone.
