Real question but how does thing like this happen? Just hire a native Chinese speaker that lives in China and does actual work like translating books, software, manuals etc. I went to China for work a few years ago and the english level is abysmal in average but there was always one or two people in companies that were fluent in English and even knew how to translate obscure idioms.
