I was using the 200 rings too, I guess it's just a safety net. I think it's more interesting that the 100th ring is worth as much in speed increase as the first 99 put together, that makes grazing walls and bumping other players so much more punishing than I thought.

the ninja turtles all have basically the same body structure so you can make them all skins without much issue
a solid third of the deadly six is too oddly shaped to even operate a vehicle and even then the group isn't especially popular so i assume they didn't want to put too many of them in lest they create a koopalings in mk8 situation

the last big disaster they had to put up with before the colors remaster was forces and that was already like 8-10 years ago
frontiers did quite well in terms of sales and only got better with each new update, superstars was apparently well liked by the community, the movies are printing money and now crossworlds has had a remarkably strong showing, which is helped exponentially by mario kart world's mixed reception
i'm sure mkw will get better with patches and updates and what have you but for now sonic's leading the pack on the racing front

The Sonic levels were inoffensive at best, really didn't like them, but I did enjoy the avatar levels despite the garbage controls and general lack of balance in the wisps. I also liked the deviantart angle with the customizable avatar and Infinite, and the music for the both of those.

I think it's more difficult than transformed. In transformed there are a lot of portions of the map where you just don't do anything or simply hold the drift. Here it feels like there's shortcut and boost opportunities every second and you can't relax even for a bit.

I would say no, there were already some cars in the ONT that had no association with characters like the Bulldozer. But some machines definitely are like the Egg Drill, the NiGHTS board, AiAi's banana car, Carsene, etc.

That's closed network test results from months ago. I know my sample size is questionable because I'm just one guy but there's no way Sonic beat Shadow in ONT. There were matches without Sonic, but there were none without Shadow. If my experience is any indication, Jet would get 3rd place, Cream or Tails 4th
