You need tools to defeat a difficult boss and because the tools require materials you use them up quickly if you keep on failing meaning that you have to give up on the boss for the moment and go grind for more materials. I really don't want to have to do that again

There's like several bosses that aren't all that difficult, but the run to them is such complete and utter aids that I am psyching myself out and keep dying to their super obvious attacks. I don't think I have the mental fortitude required for this game.

The circlet is surprisingly useful, as your cloak flaring does more damage than the nail with one upgrade

It's the best crest in the game for any boss that you can land multiple hits on/can pogo offensively.
Evolved Hunter is better for hyper mobile bosses that you can only sneak in one hit per opening.

The game is difficult enough that you can't just go around carrying 1000 rosaries. You WILL end up losing your silk eventually. Better to string the rosaries up and keep them safe in your inventory, just break them open if you need cash for something.

Bad ending is easily missable, because it requires you to beat the act 2 final boss while being infested with the parasite thing. Normal ending is probably missable too, since going for the true ending starts act 3, I haven't reached that point though so I'm not sure. The true ending is not missable as far as I'm aware.
