My wife and I refuse to force each other into any obligation that's not for the family itself, and avoid any whining about spending time together that involved vegging out in front of the tv or doom scrolling.

I play for two hours, take an hour break, walk around, get some food, move the laundry over, take out the garbage, check emails, make phone calls, or whatever else I need to do, then back to gaming.
Now when I was a teenager, I could easily sit for 24 hours straight, in fact I have done that. Not anymore though, got shit to do. As for how many hours total? Days I'm working, about 4, days I'm not, about 8.
