I prefer the setting of 3, I loathe the wild west setting of NV along with the retarded roman cosplaying faction.

I think FO3 is better on a first playthrough and FNV has more replayability

Nv, even on a gameplay level has a lot more going on
Far more side quests(3 only has like 6 side quests in the whole game with any meat to them)
Less shit dlc(only the pitt has any worth)
Unique weapons have unique skins
Perks that just aren’t +10 skill points to a skill
Traits
Better enemy variety
Better main quest dungeons
When people say they like 3 outside of the wasteland I don’t get what is even in the game to like

Fallout 3 don't have much replayability. Most of it is just being evil dick without consequences and you are still railroaded into doing main quest same way. Potential in builds is not much better especially since it's easy to end with 10 for each special and 100 for each skill

Fallout New Vegas I think is objectively better and I also personally like it more, but I still like Fallout 3 and I have a soft spot for it

I honestly can't think of a single thing FO3 does better than NV. Story, gameplay, visuals, soundtrack etc are all considerably worse. Maybe voice acting? Even then not really.
