Would you like to get all act 1 and 2 movement abilities in 4 hours or less AND have 2 nail upgrades? Turns out that shit is REAL simple once you know the route, which funny enough is doing the back route into the citadel, do not even fucking bother with Last Judge runback until you have double jump, nail upgrades and tools and smack his ass first try:

First Sinner for example is easily harder than any boss in HK.

Last Judge is this game's Ornstein and Smough or Margit. It's the first major skill check. Most of the bosses after it until the end are easier by far.

The trick is to keep your distance, in the first phase its attacks are all heavily telegraphed but have big range which is why distance and dashing is important.

In the second phase it has 4 attacks. 2 of them are functionally the same attack (The jump to fire wave and the dash with fire geysers.) Jump over them and get in a down slash on the dash.

The other 2 attacks are the flame circle which is identical to the spin in the first phase except you walk away slowly and the exploding flail which is also functionally the same as in the first phase.

If you need to heal do it when it drops the flail to explosion or after a dash.

The secret to this boss and I mean this is to keep your distance. It will come to you when you can attack it, and as with any boss don't get angry. Anger is what fucks people in these games. That's when you stop paying attention and start blaming the game.

One area is a large area full of stone and water, once you find it and have enough Fleas they will move there when you talk to the Fleamaster

Getting into act 2 early:
>avoid the bait where you can get to The Slab early by getting kidnapped, we don't have what we need yet
>turn around from Bellhart and Shellwood and book it to the top right of Greymoor gets you a into Sinner's Road
>hidden wall in Sinner's Road then gets you to Bilewater which thank GOD you just need to run through mostly, by going up at the entrance and then booking it left as soon as you can. Bench is trapped, secret wall up and to the left of it will defuse it.
>left of Bilewater is the mist, which requires the Needolin (this is why we went and did Bellhart, plus the nail upgrade)
>clearing the Mist gets you the back way into the citadel, and gets you fast travel right away
>now for the long-ish part: full lap around choral chambers, but on your way there go left near the top to get to the slab and snag the fast travel point real quick
>fight the cogwork dancers, go down from their room into cog core then right into whispering vaults
>this is also where the 2nd and other free Pale Oil is, in a room on the left side
>get to the Stage from here, rest at Bellway bench and fight Trobblio so you can get to Underworks. Try not to sit on any benches from here
>grab the clawline from underworks since you're on the right side already and exit to menu to teleport back to Bellway Bench
>you now have everything you need to teleport back to the Slab and climb Mount Fay for that sweet, sweet double jump
my save time at getting everything was 4h 45 minutes but I was slow, died a few times and was figuring the route out

How big is Act 3, how do I even get to it?

Found another little glitch. If the ghost gets you in The Mist and you dash out of the level just as it does, your Silk will remain in this animated state like the ghost is still getting you. I died and came back to a bench and it's still going. Thankfully quitting out reset it.

Thoughts on Lace, spoilers for all 3 acts
I think the fights are amazing but personality/story wise I thought she was disappointing, I think they were 2 steps away from creating a all time classic rival but they didn't develop the parts that needed it.
She obviously parralels Hornet as a unique creation that unlike Hornet and her mentor's allowing her to rise past her origins, she is directly tied down by them hating herself and lamenting the fact her family is being used like this. Part of the reason she torments Hornet is because she is deeply jealous of her.
Then in Act 3 she is partially responsible for the void happening due to wanting to punish her mother and the world for not accepting her despite the fact ironically despite how much of a monster Grand mother silk is, she still loves her enough to protect her.
The problem is this amazing foundation is barely even addressed, Lace shows up like 2 times before her major confrontation in act 2 and even when she does, all this potential is only lightly scraped while she acts like a anime villain 90% of the time. Frustratingly underbaked considering how perfect the foundation is
