One is an example of random violence in cities that is completely unprovoked where a judge let a man off 14 times for violent offences claiming "black people deserve another chance, the system is against them", only to result in a random murder of a refugee who did nothing to provoke the attack, as bystanders ran away and as she died. The killer also boasts about how he killed a white person, so now there is discussion that MAYBE, just maybe, you can be racist to white people and its not just against black people.
The other is the murder of a very popular right wing free speech advocate on live broadcast because apparently getting murdered for having the wrong opinions is where America is at. And they still havent caught the shooter. The fallout from this may well be that groups like antifa and online radicalization streamers actually be arrestable, as Trump claims he is coming up with legislation to prevent the rampant escalation of radicalization in American politics that lead to a man getting shot for having opinions in public.
I use to think America was cool, but in recent years, you couldnt pay me to live there, its my idea of hell. You place trust in a system of rules that everyone lives by, but it doesnt work, it never did, a large population of America does not care about the rules people live by. There was another school shooting today btw, and a few days ago someone was shot in a cinema for telling a woman to stop talking during a movie.
