These character designs have the fundamentally same problem as Concord, which is that nothing about their design conveys who they are and how they play. Prism is supposed to be some kind of sneaky sniper, but nothing about her shows this. They also lack personality in general; even Concord succeeded at making its cast look like a band of weirdos. This cast is all dressed almost the same, and don't have anything unique in terms of physical builds, outfits, or accessories.
Let's compare and contrast. A lot of people suck on TF2's dick, but the designs are undeniably excellent at letting you know instantly who they are. Sniper's designed like an outback big game hunter, so your brain knows "Oh yeah he's like a marksman, it makes sense he'd use a sniper rifle" even if he wasn't using it. Fighting games as a genre have this down as well: You have 60 seconds to pick a character, so they have to be very visually interesting and it needs to be easy to grasp how they'll fight.
