Look Outside seems good
need to play The Midnight Walk, but probably won't appeal to many here, same with Darwin's Paradox (if it actually releases this year)

Metaphor is a fantastic game, but E33 is better in every regard, specially the story.
I liked how the persona mechanics and level progression worked in it, but it's overall just yet another persona game with a weird art style and worse story with too much wokery.

No. You don't can only play a single role, that is, Hornet.
In RPGs you can play more than one role, for instance, mages, warriors, thieves, etc.
