Borderlands 4 is unreal engine slop. Lumen (raytracing) is forced on and can not be turned off in game.
Even with an RTX 5090 it will run at below 60fps unless you turn on DLSS and frame gen.

I think not being able to turn off raytracing is killing the performance of many specs

So is there a way to up the turn speed on console?
