How to overcome this? I know I have some great games just sitting there waiting for me to play them but I can’t bring myself to invest in something new. It’s not like I do anything productive when I choose not to game. I want my hobby back.

I can relate. Game with friends deep into friday night and all of saturday. Reserve sunday as a dread day to steel yourself for monday. You have to give your misery room to breathe.
