Does anyone else go to the gym after work? I told my little brother I go to the gym after work and he looked at me like I was from another planet. I have this internet friend who also works out first thing in the morning. Is working out after work so rare? I always feel reenergized after going to the gym after work. Normally I’d come home from work and immediately crash in my bed but if I go to the gym on the way home I feel all refreshed and have energy to actually do things like play videogames

All that light work+cardio is canabalizing your calories. 300 push ups? 250 crunches? You'd be best to switch it up if you don't want to add weights. Add inclined bicycle kicks, leg lifts, squats, inverted push ups, some other kinds of compound movements. You're overworking your abs and triceps and leaving everything else untouched.
