the vigilante is perhaps the most mechanically interesting part of the whole game kek
you get bloodshot eyes if you drink coffee or energy drinks, and he'll kill you if you show him
you get dirty nails if you dig in the basement without washing your hands, which makes him kill you
if you go more than two days without washing at the sink, you gain dirty armpits which will cause him to kill you
your teeth are nice and white at the start, but if you smoke one cigarette they instantly yellow and he won't shoot you if you show your teeth at that point
the photo fails regardless because its a scam product even though it works just fine as an identification tool for visitors, so you'll be shot
don't know about the ears, but it probably gets you shot for being some bullshit nobody has heard about
