Genuine question, what do they get out of not directly addressing feedback in regards to Wuk Lamat? Even if some people like her, it should be fairly simple to go "We've heard your feedback, we'll no longer put focus on this character."
It can't even be fear of backlash from that crowd, because her very existence is causing more backlash than they ever could.
I just don't get it. There's no benefits to this stubbornness. Not financially, not for their reputation, not for their game. Nothing.
