The dev gave up halfway through the third floor so there was only one side job there until he introduced a half assed gym job that no one liked because you had to be fully corrupted to do it.
There's also no werewolves/hobo dick sprites in the earlier floors because of that reason and he spent all the time he should have spent finishing the game making different boob sizes and a challenge run mode.
Most of his additions in the dlc were outshined by a random github mod that adds pregnancy and other mechanics.
Very unfortunate that he's just making NTR VNs with no gameplay now.

Supporter paypiggies enabled the lazy dev to effectively make zero progress for years.
Most of his shitty blog post "updates" were him complaining about his poor health, depression, lack of gym, poor diet, being mixed race, his friend having cancer, well anything but progress on the game.
Game was released in barely half finished state on Steam and this is pretty much where he gave up on the game. No actual new content updates were ever made.
But as a final fuck you, he made the artist slave away for pointless DLC, because the last thing we needed is the same poor variety CGs but redrawn with 2 different tit sizes.
It was quite telling how few modders introduced more interactivity and actual side content in fraction of time than the dev himself. He just burned out years ago but didn't want to let go off the free money stream.

Nothing really.
The only problem I ran into was finding out how you turn Karryn into a dominatrix. I tried to follow the line of logic that beating enemies, taunting, cock stare and flaunting would pave the way to more sadistic stuff but I did that all the way to floor 3 and had managed to lose a few times and my Karryn ended up with more masochistic stuff before she ever even learned footjob, which I'm still not sure what triggers unlocking it.
I wish it was a bit more clear what behaviors lead to what and how. Other than that it's still one of the best h games out there.

I remember the guards room telling you about corruption but honestly some of the game mechanics they tell you about are more well explained than others. I think all they really tell you about corruption is that it's... bad, kinda? It's not very clear that it can help unlock more passives. Otherwise I would have invested in it more. Corruption they are talking about is the State of the Dungeon, if corruption of the morale (from defeats it can be raised by grinding fights and not taking the corrupt edicts for personal pleasure etc) is too high the guards might drag you to the room and game over, eternal gangbang by guards as their pet ensues.

f95zone has tool for finding new games.. it requires you to be logged in so an account is needed.. but there you can set "japanese game" as a tag, then status "completed", and tag "corruption" and tag "female protag", then you can use the sliders for date and "weighted rating" to try find good games.

Personally Iv'e recently been playing Nightmare Knight from steam, but too much of the eroge scenes seems to be story progression locked/gates which makes me reluctant to openly recommend it too much. However a good game would be Anthesis from
Shimobashira Workshop. This is masterpiece because everything can be unlocked at such incredible rate, and afaik it's mostly not tied to story progression, you just explore and unlock stuff. Ambrosia is slightly less good, but Enishia is pretty good.

If you want less RPG style game, there's EP Scarlet War Maiden from Fuyou, dungeon repeater from Tengsten (Anekasegi also pretty good), but more importantly Wings of Roldea is pretty kino game. Basically f95zone tool can get you pretty far, and luckily some games are now on steam too (Tina: Swordswoman is on sale) , there is no excuse to play this karryn's prison when the game has too many flaws

I have completed Descension on Prisoner.
I have done a virgin run on Prisoner.
These are the key issues.
>Floor 4 doesn't unlock anything besides being a requirement for a few edicts from previous levels
>Floor 5 is a single fight.
>Barmaid and Receptionist are too much job not enough ero
>Negligible benefit from engaging with any of the Side-Jobs unless you're doing a full slut run
>Passive system is good but some have extremely obtuse requirements, titles even moreso but atleast they stay between runs
>Most of the truly unique effects are locked behind titles that are unlocked in Descension and the special modifiers can only be used in a standard run if you complete all 5(yes 5) Descension runs.
>The game is extremely anemic if you only play it once but is tremendously bloated if you're going for 100% completion(I had to do an entire run just to get the title for losing your first kiss while working as a receptionist)

The biggest downside right now is that Karryn Babe was recently updated to be integrated with a version of CCmod that hasn't released yet, this causes the game to crash, the currect workaround is to go into the mod settings(there's a mod that adds this as a menu option) and disable "Vitamins" within the Karryn Babe section.
Outfits have to be downloaded from the Remtairy discord, the most important one is "hangar" as this allows you to have multiple installed at a time.
Everything else is from github.
There is vortex integration for easy modding(the outfits still need to be done manually)
There is barely anything new for a pure run but it's like an entirely different game when doing a slut run.

I think a lot of it lacks reasonable infinite gameplay. The design has the capacity to allow you to just keep going, but everything between the side jobs and the actual combat is meant to corrupt you. So, you can't engage with the game's mechanics for too long until Karryn inevitably succumbs to her hidden cock lust. This makes combat suck since if you want to actually hit things, and not end up going "ah step bro I accidentally fell and your dick is inside me now," you simply can't unless you end the game quickly. And then the side jobs don't let you actually control any of the inmates. At some point your waitress shift is going to end early because you're a useless slut. Where it would be nice if you could just keep serving and have lewd stuff done to you the whole time, and maybe even add an extra option to allow Karryn to service people without being overtaken by everyone and gangbanged, or even allow the gangbang to happen but then go right back to service. Now there's a lot of ways to extend combat and if you bump up a lot of elite edicts then you get a lot more inmates that can ejaculate multiple times, but at some point you get so good they can't call reinforcements in time before you make them blast off. You're forced to do that final wave encounter thing if you really want one long sexual encounter.

I think the game is great and it's such a good base that it has massive potential, and the fact that the dev is just never going to make another game like it is very disheartening. What's worse is he cut the final acts so short when he had the biggest gravy train in the RPGM dev scene even before release. RPGM was a mistake. Someone should really capitalize on making a corruption game like it. In my opinion, it perfectly blends regular combat, corruption and sex battling.
