You all told me that Silent Hill games were piss easy and that you just run past every enemy. I tried doing that on the school level on my hard mode playthrough but the stupid little white midgets and their dumb lunging grab always get me. Now I have no healing items left and am basically soft-locked. Thanks a lot you fucking faggots.

the school is absolutely FUCKED on hard mode
if you're doing new game plus you get the option to double ammo pickups which makes it way more manageable

Lol. The bit they don't tell you about all these games is that you're expected to just restart if you get clipped because healing item spawns traditionally dry the fuck up from the midpoint onwards. Happens in all of them, RE to Fatal Frame. They're not very fun and I don't know why you'd do Hard Mode.

Retard. Hard mode should usually be done only in subsequent playthrougs.
Hard mode in SH1 is for people who are used to the game and in SH2 it's bullshit and clearly untested.

You're playing an old game, old games used to respect players and actually be challenging on hard mode. Don't use the typical logic of hard being normal mode like modern games
