It depends a little, but this will probably be the last sales announcement. The time between 3m and 5m was pretty long so it's clear the natural hype is dying down, the only question is what revitalization it will get.
The promised new content is nice, but it will mostly be a draw for existing players, I expect it will boost hype a little bit and normalfags will talk about it again for a short while, but it won't be enough to boost it from 5m to 6m.
If it takes GOTY + a few other awards at TGA (/v/ underestimates how many people watch the normalfag awards) that'll probably be enough to push it to 6m but I doubt Sadfall would bother announcing that.

The softcap is probably already reached, while the hardcap is right above 6m.
