You’re larping but day trading is pajeet scammer shit and only like 1% of them are profitable

Dude, just develop schizophrenia, you can apply for disability.
Works on my machine.
The only real trade-off is experiencing the very fabric of reality tearing apart around you on a daily basis. It's not as fun as it sounds.

Daytrading is gambling. It takes well over 1 million to retire in your 20s. If he's not fuck-you rich he's stressing like any laborer. Find a job with a 401k, meet the company match limit, and watch your wealth soar past his. You can make $1500 per two weeks at a desk job. I doubt his desk gambling job pays that much consistently until retirement.

Just draw furry porn, its disgusting but it pays suprisingly well and you dont have to be even that good if you can find some mentally disabled person with a super niche fetish.

If you're implying it can't be done with 1m you're wrong. Do the math with 4% annual return and you'll see it's do-able if you live a cheap lifestyle and just hold a passive fund.

Live with your parents and put everything into an index fund and wait ten years
I'd do this but I have a mortgage so it all goes into the offset account

I'm on basically full military disability and I don't work at all and I barely play vidya for more than 4 hours a week.

I mean I'm already doing it now anyway and I'm doing alright. Vidya is all free. Internet, water, and power is cheap. If you learn to cook then good food is cheap. And it's not hard to live in a decent enough area where going outdoors is nice. What else do you really need?

you can do it with 100k passive investments if you're willing to move to a cheaper country or you own property. some places rent is $100/month or a house is $10k.

if you are an active investor you could do it with 10k but that takes skill. it's low risk high reward to try though. once you hit your stop loss you can go back to being a wagey

yeah you can do it with less too but I also want to live stress free and doing it with 100k would stress me out for many reasons

if you're neurotic you'd never be able to do it. it doesnt "feel" like you're earning money and if that bothers you ngmi

He's found a game worth playing for 12 hours? Sounds like bullshit. He might just be a depressed cuck.

Im getting there man. Im on year 5 and the bedrots getting old. I admire you, its so tough to do anything when you know you have unlimited comfort waiting. Even if its killing you.
I keep thinking I should apply to manage an earls for 15 hours a week, try and find a wife.

No it's not the "feel", it's all of the potential risks that can ruin your plan if you don't have enough emergency funds. It's also the area you would live in. And when you do this, after you've done it for long enough you tank your job prospects so future income potential goes down too. I'd personally need more than 100k to be comfortable with the long term future.
