I've been contemplating for a while about making one for fun just to discuss topics since I really hate how vidya discussion feels nowadays. Nobody ever really approaches shit like that since it's either reading off a game's plots and instruction manual and parading it as the best thing ever, asinine observations because they don't like a game, or just endless rage baiting political whining that doesn't really have a definitive strong point (complaining about shit while doing nothing about it and continuing to buy shit despite everything)
I'm pretty paranoid though given how easy cancel culture and etc is, I almost want to use ai to change my voice and hide my identity as much as I can since I had 0 plans on monetizing the channel anyway, but I just end up in a cycle of doubting the point of it all. I don't want something I want to treat as a hobby to be taken any more seriously than some shitty post on here despite the extra effort on presentation, but I can easily be it misconstrued as such or mentally ill people having an endless grudge because their favorite company wasn't jerked off, so I end up never bothering.

Technically poorly, but I think I've had at least 1 person join most of my streams and chat since I started streaming again. A fella even joined the community discord and is active, which has been a shocking and extremely heartwarming experience. So while the numbers may be horrendous, it's honestly never been better since people are active. I've also been uploading at a rate I'm finally happy with. About 2 hours of content every 3 days. If I have VR content ready then that's also released at a rate of every 3 days; and if I have something extra, like today, then I can easily squeeze it in on the free day. I think I've mostly found a balance between editing and actually recording content. Although recently 2 videos have kept me extremely busy, but I'm finally done with them and can get back to regularly streaming. Well on YouTube/Twitch I mean. I actually stream fairly regularly on Discord. I've gotten a lot better at live commentating, so it makes it significantly easier to edit. I've been streaming Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon and it's honestly the most fun I've ever had streaming. Feel free to ask any questions if you've got them.

Objectively? Very badly. I have one regular viewer/chatter, and when he's not around, I struggle with the classic dead air problem. I don't want to fake reactions to stuff, but nothing outside of random jumpscares really surprise me in vidya anymore. Somehow got affiliate years ago, so I guess there's that
Personally? I never had any delusions of making it big, so I'm not really annoyed by it. I kind of just like flipping the stream on twice a week and just chilling. Have a few videos up with some tips and pointers for Salmon Run, but it's only like, 3 or 4 shorts and I haven't uploaded lately

Pretty terrible, but it's entirely on me desu, since I really only stream for shit and giggles when I'm really bored, not to mention I'm really not a very interesting or funny person to watch, so it's honestly no surprise I'm my only viewer 100% of the time, which, desu, is fine by me.
Considered streaming myself playing Shiren, but ended up saying 'fuck it' and just played it by myself (btw if the anon that was shilling this game during the autumn sale threads happens to see this, thank you dude, really enjoying that game).
