>1 and 2
PS2 original. Superior PS3 and Wii U remaster but never localized.
>Kenzan
PS3 original (Never localized). Rumors of a Kiwami but they'd ruin it given what Ishin Kiwami and now Kiwami 3 look like.
>3
PS3 original, PS4 remaster, and now the Kiwami. There's also technically a difference between the Japanese and western PS3 releases due to the western version cutting a lot of content and making some content pre-order exclusive but there's a restoration patch to fix that nowadays.
>4
PS3 original, PS4 remaster.
>Dead Souls
PS3 original.
>5
PS3 original, PS4 remaster.
>Black Panther 1 and 2
PSP original (Never localized).
>Ishin
PS3 and PS4 original (Never localized), then the inferior Ishin Kiwami remake/remaster mix that released a year or two back. It's both a remake and a remaster, I don't know how else to explain it.
>0
PS3 (Never localized) and PS4 original. It just got an inferior Director's Cut version on the Switch 2 that will be coming to other platforms in a few months.
>6
PS4 original.
>Judgment
PS4 original and PS5 remaster. The Japanese PS4 version also had the original Hamura before he was censored but only the launch PS4 versions. The remaster is generally worse as it removed the original lighting and caused issues due to the 60 FPS.

This is a bit confusing to explain. There's the Japanese PS4 original that had you pay for the NG+ and TFMT DLC. When released in the west it came with said DLC included by default and a PS5 version along with the PS4 version. This PS5 version was then released as "Like a Dragon 7 International" in Japan.
>7G
PS4 and PS5 original.
>8
PS4 and PS5 original.
>8G
PS4 and PS5 original.
You can also get into semantics here because many of the PC versions are also technically different or worse versions of the console versions as they introduce bugs or differences to content that don't exist on console at all. 0 on PC in particular is all kinds of messed up compared to the console release.
