Their hair tends to form tight spiral clumps, often described as 'peppercorn' but that doesn't mean every Khoisan individual has exactly the same texture
Some lineages within southern African populations (not just Khoisan) exhibit looser curl patterns or partial wave structures with 0 Eurasian admixture

If you wanna play the 'no Arab DNA' game then you better explain how Spain, Sicily, and parts of France spent centuries under Islamic rule and somehow magically kept their DNA locked in a vault
Even if northern Europeans have less recent admixture with Arab groups, it doesn't make them genetically pure, and it definitely doesn't give them ownership over any physical feature

You can be genetically Sub-Saharan African and culturally Arabized just like African Americans are genetically African but culturally Westernized
Mauritania's population includes Afro-Arabs, Haratin (black Moors), Fulani, Wolof, Soninke, etc. All black groups with varying degrees of admixture or Arab influence. Arabization doesn't erase their blackness. It means they live in a complex cultural, ethnic society
