You basically have to game on a Playstation if you are heavily into those genres of games. It's annoying. I have noticed Nintendo over the years has been having JRPG's and anime stuff come over to Switch, so maybe investing in a Switch might be worth it. Trails in the Sky Remake launched on every fucking platform except Xbox, even came to Switch.

It's not the 2000s anymore, Playstation as the de facto platform for Japanese 3rd parties is dead. Pretty much everything comes out on PC except Vanillaware and if it can run on Switch it usually comes out on that too.

I game on Xbox so that's what I was getting at. I might as well invest in a Switch. My PC is getting old, and I don't trust it to give me a fun experience for gaming. It seems like it might be a waste to get a $500 console to play JRPG's primarily, but I can't really do that on Xbox. I probably shouldn't have switched from Playstation to Xbox if I knew Xbox wouldn't have nearly the JRPG selection as Playstation. That was a retard move on my part.
