Outside of the art and sound direction, the game was complete dogshit from the top down. Insanely buggy (even today), gameplay is barely serviceable and a joke even on the hardest difficulties (to the point where you don't need to interact with most of the systems to win). Stats and implants are uninspired garbage like "do 0.5% more damage when sliding", side jobs consist of boring combat encounters or cutscene slop. But the story is the worst offender by far. Biggest potential for an amazing narrative since Deus Ex, and they decide to make your character a spectator in his own storyline. Adding Keanu was a dogshit idea.

I'm still pissed off at how much was promised with this game and how little was delivered.
