if she's Pace, you need more stamina and less power, her unique requires you to be in 3rd or below, with 1100 you will consistently be at 2nd place if there is only 1 Front and a bunch of Paces. Most whales go with 800-900.
You could also make her Late for a more consistent proc and trying to get 2 gold recoveries on a Late is a pain, but you also need more power.
Double green circle is a waste, 1 circle gives you +40 and 2 circles gives you +60 instead, it's just 20 difference which is not much but the cost is too high, get Medium Corners as a priority, the double circle version is a bit stronger than Professor of Curvature.

The condom pasta was my last Uma to get to 3 stars so I dumped 50 statues on her.

Thats more or less tackled on her career, the whole quest and the Ship of Gold dreams are a set up to use her chaotic energy to become one of the best Umas of her class.
