I know Tendies want to brag about Japan sales, but the Switch 1 sold more in Europe than it did in Japan (34M v 36M). So it has maybe sold 600-800K in the US, a little under 500K in Japan, and what ever in Europe, it’s probably at 7.5-8 million. That’s good but a lot of it is still driven by the first weekend. Also, Nintendo’s reports shipped to retail, not sell through. If they say 9 million, then expect the system to be overstocked and there is a good chance you will be able to get one on a discount after Christmas.
