In CSGO you can "trade up" by combing 10 items of the same rarity to get one item of a higher rarity. You used to only be able to do this up to red rarity and the highest tier of rarity could only be gotten from lootcrates. All major CS eaports teams and pretty much all CS streamers/youtubers are sponsored by those gambling sites. I heard somewhere that they pay up to a million to youtubers to promote their websites.
