You genuinely need to seek out Jesus and ask Him to out of hole you dug yourself into because there's quite literally no way to drag yourself out of it anymore by your own power. You may try to force yourself to not jerk off to specific fetishes you might want to turn away from, but you'll still try to jerk off to any other "milder" things instead. And when you fail that and relapse, because you will, you'll just very even more ashamed then give up and trying to improve altogether and just let yourself sink all the way back into the old depravity you tried to get yourself out of before. You cannot escape this by yourself because the things that are keeping you tied to it are quite literally supernatural, which you have no way whatsoever to deal with aside from straight up asking God to intervene and rescue you from their bondage.
You can say this is schizophrenic and whatnot all you want but at the end of the day, it is still the truth, and you should remember that for whenever you might decide to actually try and get rid of your addiction, only to ultimately find out you literally can't due to there being something pulling you back to it over and over again despite you not even wanting it. That's literally the demons that are taking hold of you yanking your chain and pulling you back in the moment you wandered too far away.
