The only decent customer service in the gaming sector is Valve/Steam.
They actually look into that stuff - also - Steam generally doesn't waste any time doing full on account bans - if you spam nigger nigger nigger the worst that can happen is you getting banned from Steam socials - doesn't effect your games in any way.
My brother was playing GTA V and some thirdies mass reported him after he and his friend shot their asses on Online. Had to talk with customer service for days until they removed the auto-ban. Most the time they just closed the ticket and didn't do anything.

some companies (riot games, blizzard, and now EA) are known to look for reasons to ban you, riot has implemented a blacklist in league that instantly filters bad words and mutes you for the rest of the game, no one can see what you wrote, but you still get punished as if the system wasnt in place (call someone a nigger, no one can see that, you will still get permabanned if reported despite no one reading a thing). they do this on purpose, because people will recreate accounts and buy xp boosts and skins
