Keep in mind that the stuff he was actually in charge of hasn't been seen yet outside of the Animus Hub/Assassin's Creed Infinity. To my understanding his entire vision was that you'd use the Animus Hub to do the Battle Passes in Shadows, unlock armor equips for Naoe and Yasuke, and then when you went to Hexe or Jade you'd be able to use Naoe/Yasuke as skins using that armor in that version of the game essentially introducing FOMO that forced you to play the older games making their Helix Stores in things like Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla, Mirage, and Shadows still gain sales despite Hexe or Jade still being out.

We're actually only going to see his main vision going forward and if the Animus Hub was massively scaled back due to the backlash from how awful it was in testing I can only imagine the kind of garbage he added to the series going forward.
