Quick rundown:

>Use my Reaper template.
>Remember to crack Trackspacer.

I'm grateful to all the singers that they all turned out great and more or less as I imagined them.

I can't decide which one I'm most proud of writing-wise (though the latter two might be somewhat flash-in-the-pan topics), but for singing/production I have to give the edge to El Juego de Disparos, both for general quality and because I was skeptical that anyone would coordinate the multiple parts for something with such goofy source material.

Thank, anon. I've been trying to break a recent streak of me writing songs that are kind of generic board culture songs, or generic "haha I'm so jaded with the industry, amirite guys?" songs, or trying to force a topic onto a song I like rather than having any real organic fit. I've had a real problem with relying on those things for the past 4 or so musicals, when my best songs are always very specifically about games I like, or vidya concepts that I'm passionate about. Rhythm Heaven and Loops were definitely a couple of my favorites to write this year.

Not exactly identical skillsets but pretty close, and you've got an actual creative product you're making instead of just busywork.
The low end is just editor's specials of aligning vocals and instrumentals, but you'll be able to cook better mashes with more complex recipes the better your skills get.
