> Bowser literally does try to existence erase but gets interrupted
I literally mention that. But if Dreamy Bowser could do everything the Dream Stone can, then why didn't he try it again? Either Dreamy Bowser isn't as 'strong' as the stone, or he forgot he could do that.
>Where's the source it's a boast?
Because the only time/space related power he shows off is bog standart dimensional travel. Everything else is just generic 'I am the Ultimate Power' hype lines.
>One of Reclusa's final attacks is trying to blow everything up and the bros just shrug it off and throw it right back at him.
Reclusa's final attack is literally just breaking the floor. Unless you're refering to some other attack that we see destroy everything (and not like, make a person sized fireball) that you can surely show.
>Mario just erases him with the SMW Mop
Yeah, I'm sure a mop Mario used to destroy a stationary object can deal with an agile katana dude.
>just straight up reality warping shenanigans in Mario wonder, or any other countless Mario games we can use.
>mass wide block transmutation
Wouldn't work. Sephiroth is immune to pretty much everything short of directly hitting him. Square boss design at it's finest. And he can also warp reality (see Rebirth)

>toon force
It isn't, not in the way powerscalers use it at least.
It's a tonal thing that's completely decided by the author.
Scoobynatural for instance, had the tone of Supernatural overpower the tone of Scooby-Doo. Shaggy even noticed how stuff seemed to hurt more for some reason.
Or hell, to go with our example. Sephiroth's reveal trailer used the shonen-like tone of FF7, so all the silly characters got smacked aside so he and Cloud could have another 1v1 swordfight.
