This has less to do with called by and more to do with handtraps burying themselves as cost. Proper hand effects don't discard and are unaffected by called. Veidos for example, you can use it over and over unless it gets popped in hand.

Tenpai is one of the most braindead archetypes that they have released ever, and there's no justifying having a deck that can OTK while under Prosperity's half-damage debuff. Popping Sangen Summoning in MP doesn't grant the attack boost, it has to be destroyed in battle phase, and using all your effects to get Tranny Dragion on field, chances are you can't declare 3 attacks and can't summon Bident, meaning you can't pop Sangen Summoning during battle phase meaning you have a single floodgate that only applies to battle phase and he only has one 3k attack to declare.
