>hub doesn't allow you to use any of your creations, even after beating the game
Disappointing, but not a deal breaker.
>each world has like 5-7 different doors
Nitpicking, but I do agree it's a bit silly. Probably some dev reason for this.
>ALL worlds are huge and empty for no reason
Counterpoint: If the worlds were smaller, you'd complain that there's no room to move around your wacky creations that fly at sanic speed. Half the fun of N&B is being about to have plenty of room to test out your builds. Also, they aren't that big outside of Nutty Acres, really. If anything, some later levels felt a lot smaller and more claustrophobic at times. (Terrarium of Terror and Logbox 720) They ARE more empty than I'd like, though. Game needed more actual collectables, which is insane to say about a fucking Banjo game.
>game is absolutely done with unique missions by the time you're finished with the first world
Legit criticism that brings down the experience, yes. I don't think it automatically makes the game bad on its own, though. Just not as good as it could be.
>paid DLC reuses the fucking test map
It's actually worse than that: It's reusing a scrapped level's (the wild west stage, which you can see the building for in Showdown Town, the one that's all boarded up) challenges, music, and a few assets. Another legit criticism that I cannot defend, but it didn't really bother me much either.
>If you rebranded it, the game would have been shat on even more.
No, it probably would've just faded into obscurity like Viva Pinata, and had a maybe handful of "hey /v/ remember this gem?" threads every year, at worst.

>SnS
I hate to be that guy, but I think after what Rare tried to pull with DK64's SnS connection, they most likely would've told Rare to fuck off if they ever tried to bring it back. Which they wouldn't anyway, since the guy behind it preferred the way it worked originally. Using another method would've lost the magic according to him.
